Simply select the account you prefer and fill out and submit the appropriate electronic registration form. This will also require you to accept our Terms and Conditions of Trade. Since the content of CCRS research may be sensitive, we strongly recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully before starting an account.

Yes. If you are a registered customer, you may order or download information on any company. CCRS will deliver newly researched company information within 8 working days of receipt of firm order, sometimes less.

While CCRS is building its database of company information, most orders will be for information on companies not yet on the database.

Access to the whole of the CCRS database at any time during your license period. You can download or print any information you like.

Additionally, you can order a substantial amount of new company information at no cost, and you will receive generous discounts for all company information and new updates on information already received.

Please note, though, that while you will not be entitled to discounts on any bespoke or quoted research, consultancy or investigation, you may be sure that we will give you our best attention and prices.

Simply click on the new account type you would like to move up to. You may be required to provide us with some extra information, but you will not be required to re-enter the information we already have from you.

If you wish to move from a Pay As You Go account to a Prepayment or Unlimited License account, you will be able to gain the full benefits of the new account immediately if you pay via your credit card.

If you require us to invoice your company (we can send invoices by email or fax to speed up the process), full access to your new account will be available once your remittance has cleared. You will be able to receive information on five companies only before funds are cleared.

If you pay by credit card, your account will be active immediately your card and payment have been accepted.

Yes, simply click the 'Print' button when your information is on screen. Your information will always be preserved (and can be sorted into different folders named and populated by you for convenience) in you secure 'My CCRS' section of the Website. Alternatively you can simply download your information to store in your own system or to use in your own in-house reports and presentations (see our Terms and Conditions for regulations on the use of CCRS information outside your organisation).

Yes you can, but remember that unless you have a Prepayment account or an Unlimited License account, you will be charged a minimum of £95 per company searched, regardless how little information you require per company. Prepayment and Unlimited License customers can receive as much or as little information as they require on each company.

The only Account type where you cannot buy CCRS company information is the Guest Account. However, it will take you seconds to upgrade to a Pay As You Go account (click here to register for this Account). Remember that you have a minimum spend (£95) per company if you only have a Pay As You Go account.
